Clifford Chance Relocating NYC Offices to Two Manhattan West
Global law firm Clifford Chance will move its New York office to Brookfield Properties’ Two Manhattan West, relocating approximately 500 employees from Midtown Manhattan. The firm has leased 144,000 square feet in the 1.9-million-square-foot building, currently under construction.
“We look forward to welcoming Clifford Chance to Manhattan West, where they will join our growing roster of world-class tenants,” said Duncan McCuaig, EVP leasing, U.S. office division, Brookfield Properties. “In an environment of fierce competition for talent, Two Manhattan West is attracting industry-leading firms that see the building as a key asset in their ability to recruit and retain a top-tier workforce.”
CBRE’s Stuart Eisenkraft, Chris Hogan, Lewis Miller, Ramneek Rikhy and Andrew Sussman represented Clifford Chance in the long-term deal.
Brookfield was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Howard Cross, Nicholas Dysenchuk, Josh Kuriloff, Matthias Li, Robert Lowe, Bruce Mosler, John Santora, and Ethan Silverstein.
