Cleveland Electric Takes 51K-SF at Northcreek Office Park in Atlanta
Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a new 51,042-square-foot lease at Northcreek Office Park in Atlanta, GA for Cleveland Electric Company. The company will occupy three floors in Building 100 within the complex and is building a creative outdoor patio space for its employees.
Aileen Almassy and Melanie Garlock with Cushman & Wakefield represented the building ownership, which includes Regent Partners, in the lease negotiations. Dan Buyers and Peyton McWhirter with McWhirter Realty Partners represented the tenant.
Northcreek Office Park consists of four Class A buildings totaling 537,000 square feet. The office park offers tenants floor plates for a variety of uses, free parking, a fitness center, conference facility, outdoor courtyard and meeting space and a café. This summer a new 10,400-square-foot boutique retail development project will open within the office park and feature four retailers.
Cleveland Electric is relocating from another building that it owned in Atlanta.
