Cleveland-Area Crocker Park Adds Two Tenants to Store Mix

Home decor store World Market and baby merchandise retailer buybuyBaby are slated to open this fall at Crocker Park in the Cleveland suburb of Westlake, OH. With leases of 14,400 square feet and 18,270 square feet, respectively, World Market and buybuyBaby will join a tenant roster of 100-plus stores, 30 restaurants, 16 offices and luxury apartments, said developer and owner Stark Enterprises.

“The vision for Crocker Park has always been a vibrant, vertically-integrated lifestyle center within Westlake, complementing the surrounding community and creating an energy apart from any other,” said Stacie Schmidt, Stark’s VP of marketing and communications.

“The additions of buybuyBaby and World Market to our Phase 3 development will add a new experience for shoppers and visitors and help them find the unique products to fit their lifestyle,” added Schmidt.

Crocker Park opened in 2004. Its third phase was completed in 2015.
