Cleghorn Capital Buys Three Virginia Communities from The Breeden Company
Washington, DC-based Cleghorn Capital has purchased a portfolio of three multifamily properties located in VA.
Carter Wood and Drew White of Berkadia completed the sale on behalf of the seller, Virginia Beach VA-based The Breeden Company.
“While the capital markets threw a curveball at us during the marketing process, both buyer and seller were able to work efficiently through the hurdles and execute with little interference,” said Wood.

-Apex at Ashton Green, a 118-unit multifamily property in Newport News, VA. The property offers access to Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport and shops and restaurants along Route 60.
-Ashton at Oyster Point, a 132-unit multifamily property in Newport News, VA. The property offers access to Sandy Bottom Nature Park and shops and restaurants near Interstate 64 and Route 17.
-Ashton Village, a 120-unit multifamily property in Portsmouth, VA. The property offers access to shops and restaurants near Airline Boulevard.
