Small town Cleburne site for new 280-unit rental community

Cleburne Site for 280-Unit Apartment Community

Small-town Cleburne will be the site for a new 280-unit multifamily community. Dallas-based Abby Development will build the apartment complex, about 30 miles south of Fort Worth. The town of 25,000 is the southern most town in the D-FW metroplex.

The development will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom units that will be furnished with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, walk-in closets and private balconies/patios. Amenities will include a pool, fitness center, resident lounge, outdoor grilling and dining areas, business center and a dog park.

Berkadia provided construction financing for the project, which is slated for a late 2024 delivery.

Headquartered in Dallas, Abby Development specializes in the ground up development, construction and asset management of Senior Living and Multi-Family Communities, and a range of other product types.
