ClearWorth Enters Corpus Christi, Buys Arbors on Saratoga

ClearWorth Capital LLC planted a stake in Corpus Christi with its acquisition of the Class B Arbors on Saratoga. The Houston buyer shook hands with Chicago seller Adams LaSalle for ownership of the 252-unit, 20-year-old multifamily property.

The new owner is planning a renovation of the complex’s units and exterior features. All unit interiors will receive a full upgrade that includes new flooring, cabinet fronts, countertops, appliances and lighting/plumbing fixtures. Also planned for the property will be new signage, redesigned landscape and a poolside kitchen.

Arbors on Saratoga is at 6225 Saratoga Blvd., and offers one, two and three-bedroom floor plans. Sizes range from 674 to 1,251 square feet. Amenities include a clubhouse with conference room and business center, fitness center, pet park, sport court and detached garages.
