ClearSign Technologies Appoints Judith Schrecker to Board of Directors

Judith Schrecker has been appointed to the board of directors at ClearSign Technologies Corporation, a firm that specializes in industrial combustion and sensing technologies that improve energy, operational efficiency and safety while dramatically reducing emissions. Schrecker brings more than 40 years of financial and operating leadership, and board participation with broad international experience.

Most recently, she was vice president of finance of Flat Rolled Products at ATI Metals Inc., a global manufacturer of technically advanced specialty materials and complex components, overseeing revenues of more than $1 billion. Prior to that, Schrecker was chief financial officer of Alcoa’s Global Rolled Products business and a member of the executive council of the company. Under her leadership, the Global Rolled Products business achieved historically high profitability. Schrecker previously served on the boards of Finacity Corporation and Dress for Success Worldwide. She attended the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs.
