Clearday Snags Medical Property in S.A. Opportunity Zone

Clearday Inc. acquired a 22,265-square-foot medical building in San Antonio District 10, an Opportunity Zone. The longevity care and wellness services organization paid $3.2 million to Dallas-based Sixcap Partners LP for the building, which will be renovated into Clearday’s corporate headquarters.

The first floor at 8800 Village Dr. will also serve as the flagship location of Clearday Clubs, a daytime care location for those with Alzheimer’s, dementia or other chronic health conditions. The organization will launch this and other clubs in New Braunfels and Kerrville, TX in spring. Plans call for additional Clearday Clubs in Central Texas throughout this year.

The building is adjacent to the Northeast Baptist Hospital campus. Current tenants include Pathfinders Counseling and Consulting.
