Clear Mountain Properties obtained a $29.75 million construction loan to build Liva Travelers Rest, a 152-unit multifamily property located at 208 Tubbs Mountain Road in Travelers Rest, South Carolina. S3 Capital originated the loan.

Liva Travelers Rest will be a multifamily community consisting of five three-story buildings and seven two-story buildings, featuring 120 apartment units and 32 townhomes, with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences. Amenities will include a pool, clubhouse, fitness center, fire pit, dog park, and bike barn.

Clear Mountain Properties has experience developing more than 1,000 multifamily units across the Carolinas. Construction will be led by Capstone Building Corp.

S3 is currently financing a $95 million construction loan for a 295-unit multifamily development located at 1701 East Boulevard in Charlotte. Additionally, S3 recently closed on a $49.5 million construction loan to complete 42 Pine, a condominium development in Miami Beach.
