Clear Height Snaps Up Addison Properties

Clear Height Properties has acquired a pair of industrial properties in Addison, IL. In one transaction, Clear Height bought a vacant industrial building at 345 S. Fairbank in Addison, and following redevelopment, intends to market it for either lease or sale, targeting it as a single-tenant asset.

Transwestern represented the seller and is marketing the property. The purchase price wasn’t disclosed.

In the other deal, Avison Young’s Erik Foster, Mike Wilson, Adam Haefner, Zeke Rowan, and Martin Mikaitis represented seller Courtland Court, LLC in the sale of a mixed multi-tenant, 83,745-square-foot portfolio at 1765-1795 Courtland Ct. to Clear Height.

“The portfolio is well diversified with tenants which provides stable cashflow for the future,” said Foster.

Wilson added, “Each of the businesses sit in the Central DuPage industrial submarket which has sustained positive leasing activity with an occupancy of 89% over the past 15 years, providing further stability for Clear Height.”
