Clear Height Secures Three Office Leases in Oak Brook

Three leases totaling 27,374 square feet have been completed at 26TWENTYFIVE in Oak Brook, IL. The 214,767-square-foot building is owned by Clear Height Properties. The leasing agent for the building is NAI Hiffman.

In the first lease, BestRx leased 21,738 square feet on the property’s second floor. The family-owned pharmacy software business that works with independent pharmacies is relocating its operations from elsewhere in Oak Brook. Move-in is expected during the first quarter of 2022.

In another lease, MedOP Solutions, a healthcare consulting and talent acquisition firm, has completed a lease expansion totaling 3,801 square feet. That represents a nearly doubling of space since moving into the building approximately eight months ago.

Finally, Supreme Home Health, a home healthcare solutions provider, completed a lease extension for 1,835 square feet. The company has been a tenant since 2007.
