Clear Height Properties Takes Bigger Space in Move from River North

Coming off a year of growth in both staff and property portfolio, Clear Height Properties has completed an office lease of unspecified size at 150 N. Wacker Dr. in the West Loop. The company is relocating from space in River North.

“With the continued growth and expansion of Clear Height Properties, in terms of assets under management and the people required to effectively operate the organization, we ran out of space in River North,” said Clear Height COO Joe Sergi. “This new location provides an ideal platform for us to further build on the success we have achieved to date.”

Over the past 12 months, Clear Height has acquired 12 properties totaling over 1.2 million square feet, and valued at more than $70 million. These have ranged from 26TwentyFive Butterfield, a 201,800-square-foot office building in Oak Brook, IL, to five industrial assets that were acquired from American Landmark Properties.
