Clear Height Properties, Long Wharf Capital Acquire Off-Market Industrial Building

A joint venture partnership between Oak Brook-based real estate investor Clear Height Properties and Long Wharf Capital has acquired 570-590 Mitchell Road in Glendale Heights, Illinois.

The 29,355-square-foot building is in DuPage County, two miles from the intersection of I-355 and Army Trail Road. It is fully leased to a long-term single tenant. An Avison Young team of Adam Haefner and Nick Fazio were the sole brokers in the sale.

Clear Height Properties has bought and sold more than 200 assets totaling approximately $950M over the past fifteen years, establishing a record of strong risk-adjusted returns. Boston-based private equity real estate manager Long Wharf Capital has invested $1.5 billion of equity in more than 90 investments across the U.S. with an aggregated gross cost of $4.6 billion.
