Clear Height Properties’ Leasing Rises 127% Y-O-Y in Q3

Clear Height Properties has completed 31 new and renewal leases totaling 175,538 square feet in the third quarter of 2022 and has completed 85 leases totaling 425,000 square feet year to date. The Q3 total is up 127% year-over-year, the Oak Brook, IL-based company said.

“We are continuing to see strong new and renewal activity across the portfolio and have not needed to veer from our original business plans,” said Max Hoye, director of leasing at Clear Height. “The economic impacts of interest rate increases are still being filtered through the economy and we will closely monitor how that affects our buildings and tenant base.

“Clear Height is a nimble operator that understands the Chicago market well and our sound business practices will ensure our ability to serve tenants for years to come,” he continued.
