Clear Height Picks Up Vacant Bensenville Industrial

Clear Height Properties acquired a multi-tenant industrial building at 464-480 Country Club Dr. in Bensenville, IL, from Aspen Industries. The purchase price was not disclosed.

At the time of acquisition, the Country Club Drive building was 100% vacant. Built in 1973, the 30,000-square-foot property is used primarily for warehouse distribution and light manufacturing purposes.

“This represents what has become a signature acquisition for us at Clear Height,” said the company’s Rick Nevarez. “We continue to see great value and opportunity in buildings like Country Club Drive that aren’t on the radar of a lot of investors because of their size or age. These properties allow us to cater to and support small to mid-size businesses that are the cornerstone of our economy.”

Clear Height was represented in the transaction by Transwestern’s Justin Lerner. The seller was represented by Marcus & Millichap.
