Clear Height Makes Promotions in Acquisitions, Asset Management
Rick Nevarez has been promoted to director of acquisitions and Joe Young to managing director, asset management and acquisitions at Clear Height Properties (CHP). Nevarez, who joined CHP in 2015 and previously served as EVP of operations and director of leasing and acquisitions, will focus on fostering relationships with CRE brokers in Chicagoland and on developing new broker relationships throughout the Midwest.
“CHP is focused on building strong, long-term brokerage relationships and being best-in-class in responsiveness,” says Nevarez. “With my focus solely on acquisitions we can broaden our broker relationships and help brokers to successfully sell their properties by providing them a quick turnaround on feedback for investment opportunities they bring to us.”
Young joined Oak Brook, IL-based CHP in 2018 and previously served as VP, asset management and acquisitions. In his new role, Young’s primary responsibility will be overseeing and managing the asset management department.
