Clear Height Leases Addison Industrial Facility to Logistics Firm
Clear Height Properties has leased a single-tenant 34,700-square-foot Industrial Service Facility (ISF) located at 1404 West Fullerton Avenue, in Addison, Illinois.
Dominic Carbonari with JLL was the sole broker in the lease transaction. Mary Kay McCreery with Strategic Leasing Law Group was the attorney who advised Clear Height.
Clear Height purchased the vacant property in September 2022 and executed a series of capital improvements, including a new roof, new mechanicals, new drive-in doors, parking lot replacement, and exterior painting. The building is centrally located in DuPage County with immediate access to I-355 and is the 18th industrial property Clear Height owns and operates in the area.
