Clear Height JV Acquires Single-Tenant Light Industrial Building in IL

A joint venture partnership between Oak Brook-Illinois-based real estate investor Clear Height Properties and Harbert US Real Estate, an investment strategy sponsored by Harbert Management Corporation, has acquired a long-term leased 23,190 square foot single-tenant light industrial building.

Located at 5301 Dansher Road in Countryside, Illinois, the single-tenant building is in Chicago’s North I-55 submarket. The park setting is less than four miles to I-55. The 23,190-square-foot-property is situated on a 1.05-acre site. The building features two drive-in-doors, 19 car stalls, 400 amps and 480 volts.

The property is a rare stand-alone building in the north I-55 infill location. Earlier this year, Clear Height Properties and Harbert US Real Estate also acquired a 42,444-square-foot multi-tenant light industrial building at 1938 University Lane in Lisle, Illinois.
