Clear Height Completes Disposition of Elk Grove Village Industrial Property

Clear Height Properties and its joint venture partner Harbert Management Corporation announced the disposition of Triangle Corporate Center, a multi-tenant flex industrial property located at 1400 Elmhurst Road in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.

Located less than one mile from Interstate 90 and minutes from O’Hare International Airport, the property provides a mix of office and warehouse configurations, private dock loading, fiber connectivity, and immediate access to one of the Midwest’s most established industrial corridors. Clear Height implemented leasing and operational improvements during ownership, stabilizing the property and enhancing its long-term positioning within the O’Hare submarket.

“Triangle Corporate Center represents our strategy of acquiring well-located infill flex industrial assets and executing hands-on management to maximize performance,” said Kevin Bufalino, Managing Director of Asset Management at Clear Height Properties. “Demand in the O’Hare industrial corridor remains durable, particularly for functional multi-tenant product serving local and regional businesses.”
