Clear Height Adds Property Manager, 2 More

Clear Height Properties has added three new team members. Joining the rapidly expanding firm are property manager Monika Cepaitis (pictured), associate property manager Ryan Ferris, and accounting associate Tom Kuczek.

“As we continue to grow our portfolio and deepen the level and types of services we offer, we will be looking to bring on board talented individuals in all areas of our business,” said Joseph Sergi, COO of Clear Height. “We are excited to bring Monika, Ryan and Tom on board to help integrate into our systems our recent and significant portfolio acquisitions.”

Cepaitis now oversees the day-to-day operations of Clear Height’s portfolio of office, industrial and flex properties. Previously, she was an asset management associate at Arbor Lodging Partners, a hotel investment and management company.

Ferris previously worked as a commercial real estate analyst in Colliers’ Ann Arbor, MI office. Kuczek’s work background is primarily in healthcare.
