Clear Channel Takes 31,096 SF in Pinnacle Oak Tech Center
Now that Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings Inc. and iHeartMedia Inc. have officially broken up, due to the latter’s bankruptcy reorganization plan, Clear Channel has found a new home in San Antonio. The company has leased 31,096 square feet at the newly-completed Pinnacle Oaks Tech Center.
Clear Channel will move into its new office space in May 2019. Claudia Pruitt and Hank Pruitt of Pruitt Realty represented Pinnacle Oaks Tech Center, while Ed Cross with San Antonio Commercial Advisors/Cushman & Wakefield repped the tenant.
“Pinnacle Oaks Tech Center was a great location for our employees commute, [and] it has good access and parking,” said Clear Channel in a statement. “The building is very well-designed for our needs, and the project will have more product coming online in the future for growth. It is also well-located near local amenities such as hotels, food and entertainment.”
Claudia Pruitt says Pinnacle Oaks Tech Center is phase one of Pinnacle Oaks Business Park, a four-phase project situated on 21 acres at the corner of Loop 1604 and Lockhill Selma Road.
With the Clear Channel lease, Pinnacle Oaks Tech Center is 50% leased.
