Classic Garden Apartments Change Hands in Irving

Metker Place, built in 1962, was sold by a seller who owned the 88-units for the last 14 years. Built on 4.5 acres in Irving, the community was ripe for a heady buyer. Greg Miller from The Multifamily Group has more, “All units are in classic condition with rents well below market averages.” Miller procured the buyer.

The apartments are 100% occupied and offer tenants one and two-bedroom floor plans.

Jon Krebbs, also from the Multifamily Group, represented the seller, “After 14 years of ownership, the seller came to us for our experience in finding the right buyer for value-add properties built in the 60′ and 70’s.

The property is just a mile away from the 183 Freeway with easy access to Dallas-Fort Worth.
