Class A Woburn MOB Trades to Boston-Based Sendero

CBRE facilitated the sale of 200 Unicorn Park, a 76,701-square-foot medical outpatient building (MOB) located in Woburn, Massachusetts, to Boston-based Sendero Capital. Although CBRE did not disclose the sale price, the Boston Business Journal put it at $31.5 million,

Chris Bodnar, Brannan Knott, Mindy Berman, Zack Holderman, Cole Reethof, Jesse Greshin and Corra John of CBRE U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets partnered with Scott Dragos and Josh Kulak of CBRE Boston’s Capital Markets and Advisory and Transaction Services team to act as the exclusive advisors to the seller.

200 Unicorn Park is a fully leased, Class A MOB, anchored by Winchester Hospital, a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health. The remaining space is occupied by Excel Orthopedic Specialists.

“200 Unicorn Park is the premier location for medical care in Woburn, with fantastic access directly off Interstate 93,” said Knott. “200 Unicorn presented an appealing opportunity to partner with some of the region’s best-in-class providers in Beth Israel Lahey and Excel Orthopedics.”
