Claro Healthcare Swaps Sublease for Direct Lease at 200 South Wacker

Claro Healthcare LLC has signed a 22,673-square-foot direct lease on the 28th floor at Manulife Investment Management’s 200 South Wacker in the Loop. Colliers Chicago principal Tony Karmin negotiated the long-term headquarters transaction on behalf of the healthcare consulting firm, which had been subleasing the space for the past four years.

“Claro Healthcare is committed to the future of healthcare,” said managing director Venanzio Arquilla. “Our employees, distinctive culture and collaborative approach position us as a leader in healthcare management. We look forward to our continued growth for many years to come. The 200 South Wacker space provides our firm with a central location to service our local, regional and national clients.”

Karmin added, “The modern space required no improvements as furniture, fixtures and equipment were all in place. Coupled with aggressive lease terms, it was a win-win for Claro.”
