Clarivate Analytics Inks 30K-SF Lease at Chandler Viridian

Clarivate Analytics Plc, a data and analytics company headquartered in Philadelphia and London, is setting up shop in the Phoenix area. The company signed a deal with real estate developer/owner Hines to take down 30,000 square feet at the Offices at Chandler Viridian, with plans to hire 150 employees.

The Chandler office — called a “center of excellence” — will house finance, administration and customer service functions. Clarivate is establishing two similar offices, one in London and one in Malaysia. According to Clarivate Analytics’ Jerre Stead, the Chandler location was ideal, due to “a wide talent pool . . . affordable living, flexible language skills and easy travel.”

The 249,583-square-foot Offices at Chandler Viridian is at 3133 W. Frye Rd., and is part of the Chandler Viridian mixed-use development.
