Clarion Partners Taps Weitzman for Las Colinas Retail

Clarion Partners, LLC has selected Weitzman to handle property management for The Shops at MacArthur Hills, a 79,025-square-foot retail center in Las Colinas. Debra Hays, senior property manager with Weitzman, will direct the day-to-day management of the property center.

The Shops at MacArthur Hills is fully leased and anchored by Whole Foods, which has a long-term lease with the property. Other tenants in the three-building center include a mix of dining, service, beauty, fitness and medical options.

Within a three-mile radius of The Shops at MacArthur Hills, the population totals more than 79,000 residents in more than 37,000 households. Median household income is approximately $88,000.
