Clarion Partners Acquires 1.9M-SF Industrial Park in Charlotte

New York-based Clarion Partners has acquired Metrolina Park, an eight-building logistics portfolio totaling 1.9 million square feet in Charlotte.

Developed by the seller, Beacon Partners, Metrolina Park is a master-planned industrial development situated on 114 acres off Statesville Rd. Pete Pittroff, Patrick Nally, Travis Anderson, Jody Thornton and Dave Andrews of JLL represented Beacon Partners in the transaction.

“This process is a credit to Beacon, Clarion, the quality of the project itself and the robust real estate fundamentals in the Charlotte marketplace,” said Pete Pittroff, senior managing director at JLL.
