Clarion Obtains Tampa Warehouse Portfolio Refi
Clarion Partners has secured $52.3 million in post-acquisition financing for the Tampa Airport Logistics portfolio, which includes three warehouse/distribution buildings located at 5450 Johns Rd., 5416 W Sligh Ave. and 6290 Hoover Blvd. in Tampa’s Airport submarket. Tampa Airport Logistics portfolio totals 542,254 square feet and was built between 2022 and 2024. The collection of three warehouse/distribution buildings is fully leased, and being recently built provides a strategic advantage over similar industrial portfolios in the area.
Jason Hochman and Ron Granite of Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance team secured the fixed-rate loan through PGIM Real Estate on behalf of Clarion.
“We had a very competitive process for this low-leverage loan on the newest industrial buildings in Tampa’s airport submarket,” said Hochman at Cushman & Wakefield.
