
Clarion Claims San Francisco Building for $336M, Largest Since 2017
New York-based Clarion Partners acquired 215 Fremont St. in San Francisco from Jack Resnick & Sons for $335.5 million. The transaction for the eight-story, 427,393-square-foot building ranks as the largest in the city in nearly two years.
Formerly known as the Charles Schwab Building, the Class A office asset houses Fitbit, which occupies more than 124,000 square feet. The property has been rumored to be in the running for Google’s roughly 180,000-square-foot requirement.
New York City-based Jack Resnick & Sons acquired the property in 2006, which at the time carried a valuation of $192 million, according to Real Capital Analytics. The property features rooftop decks and terraces with lush greenery and city views.
