Clarick Gueron Reisbaum Inks 18K-SF Midtown South Lease

Rudin has secured new leases at 41 Madison Avenue in Midtown South’s Flatiron District. Clarick Gueron Reisbaum, LLP, a boutique law firm, signed an 11-year lease for 13,394 square feet on the 23rd floor, expanding from their current 9,078-square-foot space at 220 Fifth Avenue. They will relocate in Q1 2025. Polar Asset Management Partners, Inc. is expanding by 4,761 square feet on the 33rd floor, adding to their existing 5,000-square-foot space on the 36th floor, with the new space available this month. 

Clarick Gueron Reisbaum was represented by Signature Partners’ Andrew Weiss, Polar Asset Management by Brad Needleman of Newmark, and Rudin by Robert Steinman. 

41 Madison, designed by Emery Roth & Sons and opened in 1974, recently underwent extensive renovations, including upgrades to the lobby, lounge, and event spaces by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. Other tenants include Kensington Vanguard, Welcome Homes, and The Gersh Agency.
