Clackamas Industrial Flex Building Trades for $5.5M

Norris & Stevens has brokered the $5.5 million sale of 98th & Lawnfield, a 26,000-square-foot flex facility in Clackamas, OR. The Portland, OR-based firm represented both the buyer, 14,200 Southeast 98th LLC and the seller, BF Lawnfield, LLC in the transaction.

Constructed in 1998, the property is a five-tenant flex/industrial facility situated on just under 2 acres. 98th and Lawnfeld features abundant parking, five drive-in doors and a 17 foot clear height. With easy access to I-205, Highway 224 and Highway 212, the facility offers convenient 20-minute access to both downtown Portland and Portland International Airport.
