CJehn Partners Acquires Class A Multifamily Community in Virginia Beach

Colliers has facilitated the sale of the Diamond North Class A apartment community in Virginia Beach, VA from Spy Rock Real Estate Group & Harmony Companies to CJehn Partners.

G.S. Hankins, Victoria Pickett, Charles Wentworth and Garrison Gore with Colliers represented the sellers.

The 180-unit Diamond North was built in 2016 with spacious open floor plans. The location offers residents access to the areas most coveted beaches and an abundance of high-end retail anchored by Norfolk Premium Outlets and Ikea.

According to Colliers, CJehn Partners will have the opportunity to further expand upon the exceptional rent growth in the Hampton Roads market as well as implement a light value-add program at Diamond North.
