Civil Rights Law Firm Signs 12K-SF Lease at 200 Varick Street 

Civil rights law firm Neufeld Scheck Brustin Hoffmann & Freudenberger, LLP (NSBHF) has signed a 13-year lease agreement at 200 Varick Street in Hudson Square. 

NSBHF, founded by trial lawyers Barry Scheck, Peter Neufeld, and the late Johnnie L. Cochran, Jr., will be moving to an 12,914 square-foot space on the eighth floor of 200 Varick Street in Hudson Square. The firm, which represents individuals who have been wrongfully convicted or mistreated by the law, will relocate from its current location in Tribeca to this new office, featuring an expansive terrace and oversized windows.  

Robert Silver, Brittany Silver, Anthony Sciacca and Jamie Jacobs of Newmark, and Jeffrey Gural and Rhonda Singer of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, 200 Varick Street DE LHC LLC, in the transaction; Josh Gosin, Todd Hershman and Matthew Shreiner of Newmark represented the tenant, NSBHF.
