CityWide Properties, a real estate investment and management company specializing in value-add assets, has landed $8.85 million for the acquisition of the White Marsh Professional Center in Nottingham, Maryland. The 80,046-square-foot office complex was purchased for $11.8 million. 

Located near the White Marsh Mall and Interstate 95, the complex comprised three multi-tenant office buildings with 42 units and 318 parking spaces on over six acres of land.  

Marc Tropp of Eastern Union arranged the financing with a fixed interest rate of 5.95% for five years, one year of interest-only payments, and a 75% loan-to-value ratio.
