Cityview, Stockbridge Wrap Construction on Apartments in LA’s South Bay

Cityview and Stockbridge have completed Apollo, a 265-unit multifamily community located at 12888 Crenshaw Blvd. in Gardena, within Los Angeles’ South Bay. Now leasing, Apollo is located in a rapidly growing area of the South Bay near major aerospace, automotive and tech employers, including SpaceX, the Tesla Design Center and Ring, and within five miles of more than 260,000 jobs.

“We’re thrilled to bring 265 units of housing to the South Bay, one of Los Angeles’ fastest growing and most vibrant areas,” said Sean Burton, CEO of Cityview. “Conveniently located near ample career opportunities, world-class entertainment designations and some of Los Angeles’ most popular beaches, Apollo combines the innovative spirit of the South Bay with the relaxed comfort of Southern California living.”

Cityview and Stockbridge partnered with Westport Construction, AC Martin, Nadia Geller Designs and MJS Landscape Architecture on the project.
