Cityview, Stockbridge Top Out Apartments in LA’s High-Growth South Bay

Cityview and Stockbridge have topped out construction on Apollo, a 265-unit community at 12888 Crenshaw Blvd. in Gardena. The eight-story development’s wood framing is now complete, with the project on schedule to complete in 2025.

“Apollo is bringing more than 250 units of much-needed housing to one of the fastest growing areas in Los Angeles County,” said Sean Burton, CEO of Cityview. “We are thrilled to top out on the project and are looking forward to delivering the South Bay’s newest multifamily development next year.”

The project is located in a high-growth area of Los Angeles’ South Bay near major tech, automotive and aerospace employers, including SpaceX, the Tesla Design Center and Ring. It’s within five miles of more than 260,000 jobs, two blocks from the Metro Green Line and close to Los Angeles International Airport, SoFi Stadium, dining and entertainment offerings and some of Southern California’s most popular beaches.
