Located at 2625 E. Burnside St., Burnside 26 sits in a walkable neighborhood about 1.5 miles east of the downtown area. It’s also situated adjacent to the region’s largest employers including Nike and Intel, amidst high tech industries in one of fastest growing employment centers in the U.S.
Cityview has plenty of upgrades planned for Burnside 26, including a new fitness center, bike storage area, EV charging stations and sensors in the parking garage. In addition, the company plans on installing rooftop solar panels to power common areas.
