AC/Element going in at CityNorth

CityNorth Welcoming Dual-Branded Hotel

CityNorth, a 100-acre property in the Desert Ridge area of north Phoenix, is adding a dual-branded hotel to its growing portfolio of commercial real estate projects. The latest addition to the property will be an AC Hotel by Marriott and Element by Westin dual-branded hotel, developed by LaPour Partners and Holualoa Cos. It will feature 240 rooms with 5,500 square feet of meeting space and is expected to break ground in the summer of 2025 with an opening date scheduled for early 2027.

The project developer is Crown Realty Group Inc.

At full buildout, CityNorth could total several million square feet of space comprised of new shops and restaurants, hotels, a residential main street and offices along the Loop 101. The site can accommodate up to 3,416 housing units, 1.8 million square feet of office space, 100,000 square feet of retail and 1,000 hotel rooms with building heights up to 140 feet. CityNorth is the largest master-planned community in the state.
