Cityline Sunnyvale Passes 75% Mark for Lease-Up
Sares Regis Group of Northern California and Hunter Partners reported impressive leasing activity on both the commercial and residential sides at Cityline, their transit-oriented, mixed-use destination in downtown Sunnyvale. Four new retail leases totaling 7,831 square feet have pushed commercial occupancy past 80%, while The Martin, a 12-story luxury apartment tower, is already 75% leased.
The Econic Company brokered deals with Sev Laser, a laser hair removal service, and three restaurants: Senro Sushi, Sana’s House Café and Shake Shack. Each signed a 10-year lease and plans to open in the fourth quarter.
The three new eateries join the six Cityline restaurants and cafes already open in the mixed-use district, which held its grand opening last fall. When complete, Cityline will include 1,100 new apartments, one million square feet of office space, a large public plaza called Redwood Square and 500,000 square feet of retail and entertainment options.
