CityLine Sunnyvale Lands Five New Retail Tenants for Downtown MXU
CityLine Sunnyvale signed five new leases with retail tenants in the heart of downtown Sunnyvale, bringing restaurants, salons, and technology retail to the master-planned, pedestrian-oriented, mixed-use district. The project is a joint venture between affiliates of Cupertino-based Hunter Storm and San Mateo-based Sares Regis Group of Northern California.
Pacific Catch, Urban Plates, AT&T and Namaste Nail Salon will occupy ground-level retail space in 2020 beneath The Flats, a fully-occupied, 198-apartment luxury community located in three buildings along Washington and McKinley Avenues. Just around the corner, Salon Republic will be located in a 19,000-square-foot ground-level retail space beneath Target on W. McKinley Avenue.
Phase I of CityLine Sunnyvale is nearing completion, and progress is being made on Phase II, which will expand the scope and scale of the project. When complete, CityLine Sunnyvale will feature new residences, shopping, entertainment options, and office space planned across 36 acres.
