City Ventures Unveils Rosewood Village in Commerce

Commerce, CA Mayor Oralia Rebollo recently joined multifamily homebuilder City Ventures for a grand opening celebration of Rosewood Village, a 31-unit multifamily community on Jillson Street. City Ventures also unveiled “Valentina Way”, a street sign in the complex that honors Valentina “Val” Bassett, co-founder and 56-year advocate for the City of Commerce.

City Ventures specializes in solar energy and green homes, and Rosewood Village continues that effort. The community’s three- and four-bedroom solar-powered, all-electric townhomes range in size from 1,263 to 1,554 square feet and feature modern finishes and an attached garage. Community amenities include a covered outdoor dining area, BBQ and lounge seating.

“New housing helps cities stay vibrant,” said City Ventures SVP Ryan Aeh. “It was a privilege to work with the city as it takes true partnerships to bring these communities to fruition. Overall, we have three phases that will bring over $80 million investment to the community.”
