City of Tustin Partners With Lincoln Property

The City of Tustin is now partnering with Lincoln Property, a major developer based out of Texas, on Cornerstone I at Tustin Legacy. The development is going to be a creative-office project at the Tustin Legacy master-planned community.

Cornerstone I will be a 760,000-square-foot office project that will include about 100,000 space used for eateries and retail, among other uses.

The City of Tustin interviewed several candidates for the construction of the asset. The proposed campus will be on 37 acres of land. Tustin Legacy was originally planned in 2002 and takes up 1,300 acres in the heart of Orange County.
