The 235-acre retail and business development will be located just off Interstate 20, at Lawson and Lasater Roads. 42 Real Estate and SLJ Company are jointly developing the project which will include 180,000 square feet of retail and 3.2 million square feet of industrial, business and logistics space.

The project will be piggybacking on Solterra, a master-planned community with plans for 3,900 homes nearby. 42 Real Estate’s Scott Rohrman can’t wait to get started, “We are very excited about the high-profile locations and the growing workforce in this area of Mesquite as a draw for new employers to enter this market. We also are impressed with the number of housing units being built in this area.”

The venture expects to break ground in early 2024.
