City of Hope Adds 152k-SF at The Campus at SGV

City of Hope, the world-renowned independent research and treatment center for cancer, diabetes and other life-threatening diseases, has leased an additional 152,627 square feet at The Campus at SGV, a three-building campus in Irwindale, CA. Following the transaction, which involved an expansion and the extension of existing leases, City of Hope will occupy space in all of the property’s three buildings, totaling more than 450,000 square feet.

CBRE’s Kevin Duffy, Natalie Bazarevitsch and Damon Feldmeth represented ownership in the transaction.

“City of Hope will occupy approximately 67% of the Irwindale Campus,” said Duffy. “This is a highly strategic location for the organization, given the proximity to its main campus in Duarte.”

The Campus at SGV, located at 4900, 4910 & 4920 Rivergrade Rd., is a 693,164-square-foot property featuring an arcade, on-site cafeteria, fitness center, putting green and multiple interior and exterior collaborative areas.
