City Buys 7 Acres from Agora Assets

Agora Assets LLC sold a 7.1-acre tract to the city of San Antonio for an undisclosed price. The city is planning an affordable workforce housing project on the site, which is at 3830 Parkdale St. The development is part of San Antonio’s $20 million Neighborhood Improvements Bond program.

Bob Helterbran and Lew Wood with Younger Partners represented the seller, which owned the site since 2015. Providence Commercial Real Estate Service’s Steve Garza advised the buyer.

“This land is in a prime location on a part of what used to be Turtle Creek Country Club and Planeta Mexico,” Helterbran said. “Located in the heart of the Medical District with easy access to major thoroughfares Interstate 10 and Wurzbach Road, added to the land’s appeal.”
