Citrus Valley Health Partners Expands MOB Footprint
Citrus Valley Health Partners, which serves the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire, acquired a medical office building from the Hollfelder Foundation for $7.4 million. Located at 1041 Badillo St. in Covina, CA, the two-story office building totals 39,680 square feet. Built in 1987, the property was upgraded to high efficiency LEED status in 2013.
CBRE’s Mark Shaffer, Gary Stache, Doug Mack, Kevin Duffy, and Natalie Bazarevitsch represented the seller.
“This office space is in a great location that is really central to all parts of Southern California” said Shaffer. “It is also an ideal location for the buyer, given its proximity to CVHP’s Covina and West Covina campuses. This acquisition allows the hospital to convert existing on-campus administrative offices to clinical space, and fold an existing leased location into this newly owned facility.”
