Citizens Leads $67M Construction Loan for 750-Bed Student Housing near UCF

The commercial real estate finance team of Providence, RI-based Citizens has provided a $67.3-million construction loan to Trinitas Ventures for the development of a new 286-unit, 750-bed student housing project near the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL.

Citizens is sole lead arranger, sole bookrunner and administrative agent.

Lafayette, IN-based Trinitas has been a Citizens client since 2016. Citizens has also financed Trinitas projects at Miami University (OH), Washington State University and University of Nebraska.
