Citimark Acquires Former HHGregg Headquarters

Indianapolis-based Citimark has closed on the acquisition of the former HHGregg property on the northside of Indianapolis for an undisclosed sum. Alex Cantu with Colliers Indianapolis assisted Citimark with the purchase.

Redevelopment planning for the infill 27-acre site is currently underway. Uses being considered include single or multi-tenant flex, industrial, and last-mile uses while preserving the flexibility for some retail outlots.

The current site consists of more than 400,000 square feet of office, industrial and showroom buildings. The campus previously served as the headquarters for major consumer electronics and home appliances retailer HHGregg, as well as its warehouse, distribution and retail showroom functions. The facility has been vacant since the company liquidated its stores and ceased operations in 2017.

Marketing the redevelopment project for Citimark will be Colliers Indianapolis brokers Jimmy Cohoat and Brian Zurawski.
