Circle K Renews, Expands to 104K SF
Circle K Stores has renewed and expanded its lease at Warner Crossing in Tempe, AZ. The convenience retailer kept its 75,489-square-foot space at 1130 W. Warner Rd., and expanded into 28,832 square feet at 1120 W. Warner Rd. The total takedown was 104,321 square feet.
Rick Lee and Conner Lee, with Lee & Associates, negotiated on behalf of landlord iStar Financial of New York, NY. Mike Beall with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, Circle K Stores.
Warner Crossing is just east of Interstate 10, and close to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Both buildings delivered in 1996-1997, and offer abundant parking and a well-trained labor force.
