Circle K Re-Ups Nearly 250K-SF Deal in Tolleson

Circle K convenience stores renewed a nearly 250,000-square-foot lease with Cohen Asset Management at a Metro Phoenix industrial building. The asset is located at 8313 W. Latham St. in Tolleson.

The West Valley facility serves as a distribution center for the Tempe-headquartered convenience retailer. The 2001-built property is within the 14-acre Ryan West Business Park. The facility has 53 truck bays and distributes to 580 store locations across markets in Arizona and Nevada. The site is less than a quarter mile south of I-10, in the heart of the Southwest Phoenix distribution market.

The lease transaction was handled by Cushman & Wakefield’s Mike Haenel, Andy Markham and Phil Haenel, along with JLL’s Pat Harlan and Kyle Westfall.

CushWake’s Mike Haenel says, “Circle K continues to lease this distribution building because of its timeless design and close proximity to the I-10 Freeway. It’s great industrial real estate located in a dynamic in-fill location.”
